Rohit Bhat

Rohit has over 12 years of experience across public markets, venture capital, private equity and management consulting. Prior to starting Airavat, he was a Vice President at Sequoia Capital India. He has previously worked with Brandes Partners, Temasek Holdings and McKinsey & Company. Rohit holds an MBA with Honors from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology Madras where he was a recipient of the Governor’s Medal.

Suraj Subramaniam

Suraj has over 11 years experience in public markets, private equity and investment banking across India and Asia-Pacific (ex-Japan). Prior to starting Airavat, he was an Associate Director at Temasek Holdings in India. He has previously worked with Bahrain-based investment firm Arcapita in their Singapore office and Citigroup’s investment banking team in Singapore and Hong Kong. Suraj holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a B.Sc. Economics from Singapore Management University.

Ashutosh desai

Ashutosh has 5 years of experience across hedge fund, mutual fund, sell-side equity research and law. Previously he has worked at Evalueserve and Reliance Capital. Ashutosh holds an MBA from KJ Somaiya and BE from Pune University.

Dolly Agarwal

Dolly and the rest of the Stellar Outsource India team handle finance, compliance and operations at Airavat. Previously, Dolly was a partner at AKS and Company, a CA firm. Dolly has over 7 years experience in accounting, tax, statutory and internal audit, legal and compliance matters. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Post Graduate in Commerce with certifications in Information System Audit (DISA), Concurrent Audit of Banks and Goods & Services Tax (GST).

Arun Sri kumar

Arun is a founding partner at Keystone Partners, a specialist firm of dispute resolution lawyers that provides strategic legal advice and representational services to clients. The firm has its offices in New Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru. His principal focus is on techno-commercial arbitration and contract disputes, banking and securitisation actions (including insolvency resolution), shareholder disputes, and intellectual property enforcement. He handles cases in the Supreme Court, in the Delhi and Karnataka High Courts, and in the National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal, in addition to high-value arbitration . Prior to enrolling as an advocate with the Karnataka State Bar Council, Arun worked with McKinsey & Company as a strategy consultant. He graduated from the National Law School of India University.

Jigyasa Chopra

Jigyasa is a partner at Rustagi Chopra & Associates, a chartered accountancy firm based in New Delhi and providing professional services in the field of taxation and regulatory matters, transaction advisory, and audit and assurance for a range of national and international clients. She has over 14 years of experience and worked at the audit and assurance team of Deloitte Haskins and Sells prior to joining Rustagi Chopra & Associates. Jigyasa is a fellow member of the ICAI and a B.Com. (Hons.) from Delhi University. She has also served as a member of the expert advisory committee (2010-11) of ICAI on ‘Accounting, Auditing and Allied matters’.
