We would like to bring to your attention the SEBI Master Circular on Online Dispute Resolution SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/145 dated 31st July 2023 (modified 11th August 2023). Pursuant to this, a new portal - Securities Market Approach for Resolution Through Online Dispute Resolution (SMART ODR) - has been launched to facilitate the investor grievance redressal process.
